Wounded Warrior Kayaking/Canoeing Weekend - August

Equipment available for use:

- Trained volunteer instructors
- Bi-skis, mono-skis, outriggers, snow sliders, board buddies
- Canoes and kayaks, canoe and kayak adaptations

Programs Offered:

- Alpine skiing/snowboarding- 7 days a week mid-December to Mid- March

- Wounded Warrior mid-week ski/snowboard program - every Tues dedicated to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and mild Traumatic Brain Injured (TBI) solders from the Martinsburg WV, Veteran Affairs Hospital

- During the summer, canoeing & kayaking plus team-bonding cookouts

- Year round mentorship assistance - helping those with disabilities to act as role models and mentors for recently injured or younger peers with disabilities.

- Junior Instructor ski/snowboard program
