Full-Time Position

Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra (DSES), Mammoth Lakes, CA is looking for a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) to oversee the intern program, teach adaptive ski and/or snowboard lessons and assist with adaptive training. DSES (a non-profit adaptive Sports School at the Main Lodge at Mammoth Mountain) is a year-round sports program for people with disabilities. Ski and/or snowboarding skills and a passion for working with people with disabilities in a winter environment is a prerequisite for this position. Good verbal communication skills are a must.
 
Job Requirements:

Current CTRS certificate, minimum of one year experience (2 years preferred) teaching adaptive skiing and/or snowboarding. PSIA certification preferred. We value flexibility, hard work, professionalism, a sense of humor, and initiative. Full–time position available starting in October. Pay DOE.
