Job Description:

Eagle Mount provides Therapeutic Recreation for People with Disabilities and camps for people with cancer.  The Bozeman Montana Eagle Mount is currently seeking a Ski Program Director.   The director plans, leads, manages, coordinates and promotes recreational skiing programs for people with disabilities.  Eagle Mount provides adaptive lessons at Bridger Bowl, Big Sky, & Moonlight Basin.  The Ski Program Director and staff, trains and utilizes over 200 volunteers to implement lessons for approximately 175 students, providing approximately 1,000 lessons a season.  

Requirements include:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in recreation field or related
• PSIA level 1 certification or greater

Work Experience and skills

• Previous experience working with people with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate, with knowledge of data base systems
• First Aid Certification (including CPR)
• Valid Montana driver’s license
• Experience in adaptive ski techniques

This is a full time seasonal position from October through April.  It is a salaried position.
